The Run
Five Mile
The 5 mile route is an out and back course. It begins in Owen Park, near the Lake Street Bridge. It heads south on the Chippewa River Trail, then courses up through UWEC campus to Putnam Trail. There is plenty of shade for a warm July evening!
The 5 mile route has been modified due to construction on the UWEC campus.
Two Mile
The 2 mile course is an out and back, heading in the opposite direction of the 5 mile. It begins in Owen Park, near the Lake Street Bridge, and heads north on the Chippewa River Trail. It courses over the railroad bridge to Pheonix Park, and turns around on the trail at Dewey Street.
1/2 Mile
The 1/2 mile children's race is an out and back along the Chippewa River Trail. It starts near the playground at Owen Park and heading towards the tennis courts.
